Does ClickNotices interface with our property management software?

ClickNotices is a member of the data interface partnership programs with both Yardi and MRI Software, with plans to add additional data interfaces soon. We also have created bulk filing techniques that enable automatic upload of delinquency reports from most major property management systems, including RealPage, BostonPost, Appfolio, and Buildium. What happened to Rent Court Agents?

Rent Court Agents was a leading rent court filing service founded in 1990. ClickNotices acquired the business in 2014. Former Rent Court Agents customers can now benefit from the scale, technology and expanded services of ClickNotices.

Click Notices, Inc. is a privately-held company backed by Silicon Valley investor McCulloch Capital as well as affordable housing industry executives.

Is ClickNotices a law firm?

ClickNotices is not a law firm, and its employees are not acting as your attorney. ClickNotices is a provider of delinquency management and court administration services. ClickNotices acts as an agent in basic Landlord-Tenant (LT) disputes in jurisdictions where such representation is allowed. In jurisdictions where attorneys are required for LT cases, ClickNotices provides only administrative and software services, leaving all legal representation to partner law firms.
