Paul Miller leads the Possession Partner Engineering team responsible for building, scaling, and protecting Possession Partner. He also leads Product Management, overseeing the organization’s product strategy and development.

Prior to joining Resident Interface in 2021, Paul served as Director of Engineering at Speed Leasing, where he led application development efforts for the company’s flagship motorcycle leasing application. By implementing an Agile software development methodology and DevOps culture, Paul improved the application’s security posture and increased feature delivery by over 300%. 

Paul holds a BA degree from Concordia University in St. Paul.
