  • We generate, print, and mail client-customized notification letters to residents via first class mail. We also provide a printable pdf copy in our platform for posting. 
  • Delivery information (sent and delivered) is available in the resident’s records, along with an exact copy of the letter that was mailed. 

If a resident has still not paid after receiving their digital and courtesy notices, then it is time to initiate the legal process.  

Stage 3: Legal Rent Demand Notices (Certified Mail) 

In many legal jurisdictions, a legal notice letter must be sent prior to any court proceedings. These are sent to reduce the burden of generating and distributing this legally required notice to past due residents and to maintain compliance by implementing a consistent process.  

  • ClickNotices pulls delinquency information from Property Management Software. 
  • We generate, print, and mail client-customized notification letters to residents via first-class and/or certified mail. 
  • Delivery information (sent, delivered) and tracking information is available in the resident’s record, along with exact copy of letter that was mailed. 
  • Expiration is tracked for each jurisdiction.
